Superlite Water Kit – 2026

A compact, foldable painting station built for artists who work on the move, whether that's a tripod in the field, a tabletop at home, or your lap on a train.

At just 0.9kg (2lbs) and 23x23x5cm (9”x9”x2”), it packs into a carry-on or backpack and sets up almost anywhere: mount it on a standard camera tripod, place it on a table, or balance it on your lap. The lid opens a full 180° for maximum flexibility and interchangeable palettes and paint trays let you customize the setup to suit your style. It adapts to how you actually work.

This is the updated version of our original Superlite Easel: same familiar footprint, refined shape, and several upgrades built in based on what artists asked for.

  • Choose Lefty or Righty - This now refers to which side the shelf sits on.

  • Larger Mixing Area - A deeper palette gives you more room to blend.

  • Larger Pivot Shelf - A removable front block (borrowed from our Lite Easel) opens up the shelf to its maximum size. It now includes a groove for resting brushes or pencils, five brush-storage holes, two neodymium magnets, a removable magnetic sponge, and an opening for a water cup.

  • Refined Build - An improved Tray Cover with a better silicone seal, rounded fillets throughout, refined radius sizes, and upgraded hinge hardware for smoother, more durable use.

Need more flexibility? Trays and palettes are swappable to match your medium and setup. A Tempered Glass palette is also available.

Suited for watercolor pads 9"×12" (23×30cm) and smaller. Not recommended for heavier media at this size or larger, such as watercolor blocks or thick sketchbooks.
