Our Guarantee
Customer satisfaction means everything to us! If within the first 30 days, following the date of your purchase from www.cupeasels.com, you are unhappy with your purchase, all you have to do is send us back your purchase. We will credit your account, or provide you with a replacement or an exchange. Be sure to review our return policy below so you know how to return your purchase, as well as our guidelines. Please note, we cannot accept items that have been used.
Our Return Policy
US Customers: (NEW Starting October 28th 2025)
Due to recent tariffs, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds after your order leaves our shop. We understand this may be disappointing, and we truly wish things were simpler. Our hope is that these trade issues are temporary and that we’ll soon be able to offer a smoother, more affordable experience for our U.S. customers again.
All other  Customers:
All products have a 30 day refund policy from the date delivered. If you would like to return, replace or exchange a non-damaged purchase, first, please email us at cupeasels@gmail.com. Returns must be confirmed in advance. Items must be returned before we can reimburse your credit card, or provide an exchange. We cannot accept returned items that have been used.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs if Cup Easel is not at fault.
Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition” meaning the item/s returned show no signs of use, wear or damage in any way.
If you receive an item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please email us immediately at contact@cupeasels.com and we will make things right!
